Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Possess 4-8 years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in C++ or Rust, and Python. Demonstrate proficiency in English across all four skills. Exhibit a robust understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices. Proven capability to efficiently troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Experience in optimizing code performance and memory utilization.
