We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate ISB Relationship Manager.

The tasks for this role will include some or all of the following:

- The Portfolio Manager will acquire, retain, and grow ISB CMB and MNC customer relationships for HSBC while adhering to the Group values, business strategy, operational policies, regulatory requirements and risk management practices. The role provides dedicated relationship management to a portfolio of customers with accountability for sales, service, risk and operational delivery
- Assist in the delivery of solutions that are appropriate to meet new and existing customer needs, deliver fair customer outcomes, and improve customer engagement
- Ensure proactive and appropriate relationship building and customer contact plans are in place for both existing and new customers
- Deliver appropriate products and services in response to customer needs
- Work with product partners to assess needs of international and domestic customers and offer appropriate solutions
- Protect the bank's assets and reputation by performing due diligence on the customers and their businesses, monitoring for suspicious activity/transactions and taking appropriate action as per the operating policies
- Uphold credit policy and lending guidelines whilst maintaining a balanced approach to risk management
- Keep up-to-date on knowledge of HSBC's international and domestic strategy, capabilities and policies
- Keep abreast of external factors influencing international and domestic business e.g. economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Knowledge of the Bank’s operational procedures and systems
- Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Global Payment Solution (GPS), Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF), Global Markets (GMs)
- Proven track record in a customer centricity environment, an understanding of customers’ needs and delivering excellent customer services
- Agile mindset, Curiosity mindset, and Customer centric.
