SEO Specialist

**1. Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking structure, to enhance search engine visibility
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Create and manage backlink building campaigns to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to target markets
- Perform regular SEO audits and provide recommendations for improving website performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

**2. Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably within the software development industry
- Experience with SEO tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and Screaming Frog
- A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
- Excellent reading skills in English
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Preferred**:

- Proficiency in English and/or Japanese
- Experience working with international markets
- Experience in B2B industries.
