Digital Marketing Specialist

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Develop SEO strategy: Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies aligned with SotaTek business goals. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- On-page optimization: Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structures for search engine visibility.
- Off-Page Optimization: Build high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings. Monitor and manage link-building partnerships campaigns.
- Conduct site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues
- Collaborate with the content team to produce quality SEO blog posts, articles, website & landing pages.
- Optimize existing content assets for search engine visibility and user engagement.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Others: Optimize other alternatives contents (such as Ads.) to match current SEO strategy.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-3+ years of experience in SEO-focused roles.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Excellent written English (Other English skills are a plus).
- Proven experience with keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization. Capable of effective backlink and internal link building.
- Familiarity with technical SEO and web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with WordPress is a plus.
- B2B Tech knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in Google Ads is a plus.
