Warehouse Assistant

availability and ship on time to customers
- WH house keep and FEFO
- Responsible for any loss or damage goods, analysis and invest the issue
- Work with related dept for annual physical stock take, cycle count
- Follow up and arrange OT for staff
- Follow up daily WH employee attendance
- Participate and any company event required
- Support and work team to meet department KPI
- ERT participation
- 5S program member
- SOP and ISO requiredRESPONSIBILITIES

2. CORE RESPONSIBILITY (TRÁNH NHIỆM CHÍNH)
- Authorized to mobilize and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to perform their duties.
- Authorized to issue violation reports for employees under management and report to the Human Resources Administration Department.
- Propose improvement suggestions to superiors and manager.
- Propose means and tools to support daily work.
- Refuse tasks that have not been trained for, are dangerous, and unsafe.
- Refuse to provide confidential company information.

QUALIFICATIONS

3. FORMAL EDUCATION (HỌC VẤN YÊU CẦU)
- Graduated from technical high school level or higher. (Trường dạy nghề kỹ thuật hoặc cáo hơn)
- Conversational English skills, honest, hardworking, cautious, and able to coordinate work effectively. (Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh, trung thực làm việc chăm chỉ )

4. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE ( KIẾN THỨC & KINH NGHIỆM)
- 3 years of warehouse management experience (03 năm kinh nghiệm LV kho)
- Proficient in using office computers. (Thành thạo vi tính văn phong)
- Knowledgeable in organizing and arranging the warehouse. (Có kiến thức về sắp xếp quản lý kho bãi)

5. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (YÊU CẦU KHÁC)
- Refer Male (Ưu Tiên Nam)
- Residence living address at BD ( Hộ khẩu Bình Dương)
- Salary: Will negotiate (Depend on experience).
