Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the chief accountant in processing, systematizing of incoming and outgoing invoices, contracts, HR data, and other accounting documents, sorting incoming data from clients: working with spreadsheets, commercial documents, and personal data.

2. Issuance of e-invoices, execution of payments via online banking.

3. Opening bank accounts for client companies, including current and foreign currency DICA accounts, interaction with the clients.

4. Analytical work and preparation of explanatory notes for management.

**Reports to**:Chief accountant; Director.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: A bachelor's degree or higher in accounting field.

**Experience**: 1+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance and/or HR roles

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations: understanding VAS, tax laws, HR and other regulations.

2. Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.

3. Attention to detail: Thoroughness and accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping are essential.

4. Multitasking and high stress tolerance.

5. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, support chief accountant and interact with external stakeholders as well as regulatory authorities.

6. Strong verbal and written communication skill in English (and Russian is an advantage).
