Project Management:
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of product development projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Development team, design, engineering, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure product specifications and requirements are met.

Documentation:
Regularly update the sample status report and take a weekly meeting with the PD team.

Assist and monitor product quality and ensure compliance with standards and regulations throughout the development process.

Communication:
Facilitate clear communication among the team, addressing any issues or changes promptly.

Product Testing:
Assist in organizing and coordinating product testing with QA team and validation processes to gather feedback and improve product design.

Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Previous experience in product development or a related field is preferred.

**Skills**:Proficient in English communication.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.

This role is essential for ensuring that new products are developed efficiently and effectively, meeting market needs and company goals.
