Partner Account Manager Administrator/ Team Lead

We are looking for an **Administrator/ Team Lead of the Partner Account Manager** group**.**

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Leading frequent negotiations with key affiliate partners
- Resolving complex requests from paying members
- Acquiring new partnerships through multi-channel approaches
- Leveraging market data and insights from central teams to develop winning partner growth strategies
- Providing consultancy, support, and training on using internal system portals
- Conducting performance analysis on regional accounts and identifying opportunities for expansion
- Monitoring partner account activities and offering timely, precise solutions
- Preparing development reports and managing the submission of development pipelines

**We expect from you**:

- Fluency in Chinese (C1), Russian (C1), and English (B2)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a leadership role, ideally in affiliate or partner management
- Excellent negotiation and critical thinking abilities
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and find professional solutions in complex situations
