**Job Brief**
- We are looking for a **Senior Manual Test/ Test Lead** to join our testing team for new Banking project.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing manual testing team, related to analyzing requirements, creating test viewpoint, creating test plan, using tool to increasing productivities
- Managing testing project performance, related to time line, quality, resource
- Hiring new members, developing testing resources and training new comers
- Performing the testing activities, working closely with the customers;
- Identifying areas of improvement to drive the quality of the products

**Job Qualifications**
- At least 04 years of working experience in manual testing; Must have experience in Banking domain.
- Experience in various test phases (integration, system, UAT) and production support
- Working experience in creating test documentation (Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Report, extended test metrics)
- Ability to select a test strategy appropriate to the specifics of the project and customer requirements
- Good knowledge about software development process, especially software testing process;
- Passion, proactive with high responsibility;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
