Authority &Responsibility
- Quality control system implementation and leading quality activities. Coordinates and follow up quality issues of production, settle problems related to operation processes during production investigate root cause and corrective actions.
- Ensure that non-conforming activities including potential non-conformances are identified and resolved through approved quality procedures.
- Set up a plan and perform reasonable in-process quality control.
- Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
- Adequate implementation of Gauge Control for Production teams.
- Verify that all quality related activities are in accordance with standards and internal process
- Have knowledge in Control plan, MSA, SPC and PPAP.
- Prepare and follow up for process audit with corrective actions.
- Effective problem solving; corrective action and root cause analysis, 3L5whys, for major quality issue (Reject rate, reject value, critical issue, or etc)
- Maintaining and building the quality control records
- Support and implement continuous improvement programs
- Co-operate with concerning departments/divisions to optimize capacity, reduce costs, and improve quality management processes.
- Report and statistics on Quality related issues weekly, monthly
- Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager/supervisor
- Accept assigns tasks from direct supervisor from time to time. Occasional overtime is required to fulfil job on time or support other departments
- Support to fulfil traceability data & analysis for customer report/complain case

Requiered Skills, Working Experience Requirements
- English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) - ability to speak, read and write English and Vietnamese.
- Good skills in documentation and analysis and problem solving. Practical knowledge of a manufacturing environment. Management skills, interpersonal communication, verbal communication skills and ability to communicate in writing.
- Analyse and settle problems within job function
- Skills and ability in planning, continuous improvement.
- Practical knowledge in engineering.

Required Qualifications:

- Education/Training: Graduate from University of business administration or Mechanics university
