About the Role:

As a Quality Control (QC) Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous testing, identifying bugs, and providing valuable feedback to improve our development process. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and experience in both automated and manual testing, you are an ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
  • Perform thorough manual testing of software applications
  • Create and maintain automated test scriptsIdentify, document, and track bugs through resolution
  • Provide detailed feedback to development teams
  • Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and requirements
  • Participate in product requirement reviews
  • Monitor and report on testing progress
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve product quality
  • Maintain test documentation and testing environments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ISTQB/CSTP certification is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in similiar roles
  • Proficiency in both automated and manual testing methodologies
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla)
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit)
  • Understanding of SQL and database testing
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
  • Experience with performance testing tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Automation Tools: Selenium, TestNG

Version Control Systems (Git)
