Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Business and Management Skills Trainer for a freelance position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is crucial in delivering impactful training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of professionals in various business contexts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Training Delivery
- Design and deliver engaging, practical, and results-oriented training sessions for business professionals.
- Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions on management skills, communication strategies, and customer service excellence.
- Adapt training methodologies to suit diverse participant needs and organizational cultures.

2. Curriculum Development
- Develop customized training materials, modules, and tools aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Continuously update content to reflect emerging trends and the latest developments in business management and communication.

3. Participant Engagement and Assessment
- Foster a collaborative learning environment by encouraging active participation and open dialogue.
- Assess participants' skill levels and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through pre

4. Client Collaboration
- Work closely with clients to understand their organizational goals and specific training needs.
- Provide recommendations for additional learning solutions or follow-up programs to ensure sustained results.

5. Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative training techniques.
- Integrate new tools, technologies, and methodologies into training programs to enhance their effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a minimum of eight years of experience in delivering business and management soft skills training programs.
- Extensive experience in designing customized training materials according to clients' requirements.
- Experience working with a wide range of clients in Vietnam.
- Exceptional analytical and training facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and train diverse groups.
- Experience conducting training programs for senior-level management and higher.
- Ability to adapt training techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Relevant certifications in training and development are considered an advantage.

Pay: From 10,000,000₫ per day
