(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Kiến tạo và dẫn dắt đội ngũ sales để đạt được mục tiêu kinh doanh
- Xây dựng dự báo bán hàng, lên kế hoạch và thực thi các hoạt động kinh doanh
- Đề xuất cải thiện quy trình/chính sách/thực hành bán hàng để đạt được mục tiêu
- Đào tạo để phát triển năng lực đội ngũ kinh doanh
- Theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên kinh doanh
- Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng
- Xác định và phát triển các cơ hội kinh doanh với khách hàng mới và khách hàng hiện tại

**Chức vụ**: Trưởng Nhóm/Trưởng Phòng

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

YÊU CẦU:

- Kinh nghiệm:

- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan;
- Ưu tiên: có kinh nghiệm quản lý/đào tạo cấp dưới, có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường startup, yêu thích làm trong mảng đào tạo
- Tư duy:

- Chịu trách nhiệm về kết quả của bản thân và của đội ngũ
- Động lực phát triển bản thân, thái độ học hỏi kiến thức/kỹ năng mới tốt
- Linh hoạt và thích nghi khi làm việc theo nhóm và làm việc độc lập
- Kỹ năng:

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình và giải quyết vấn đề tốt;
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Nhật
- Khác: Yêu thích công việc đào tạo hoặc mong muốn trở thành nhà huấn luyện doanh nghiệp trong tương lai

- Tuổi: 34 trở lên
- Ngoại hình chuyên nghiệp
- Có giọng nói tốt
- Tính ổn định, muốn trưởng thành và phát triển cùng tổ chức
