You will work for the brand Cowboy Zone Cafe, Bizman Sky - Restaurant & Lounge; My Mother Restaurant and Huge-Fam Catering (the brand of Huge-Fam) - To plan F&B promotions and execute effective marketing plans timely; - To coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities and implement promotional campaigns; - To create awareness and build the company’s reputation in the F&B market; - To organize advertising campaigns (social media) and promotional events; - To conduct market research and analysis to oversee market trends and brand awareness; - To develop the customer database and research competitors products and services and analyze F&B market trends to generate new ideas to draw audience attention; - To seek partnership opportunities through networking with vendors, local businesses, association and consumers brands for business activities in F&B; - To manage the website and Facebook updates and enquires on a regular basis; - To write copy for diverse marketing distributions and manage the design, print and delivery of marketing materials e.g. menus, leaflets, brochures, press releases; - To present updates to team and regularly interact with Operation Manager, Head Chef, and Restaurant Supervisor about marketing progress and results; - To enhance internal communication across functions to be well informed of marketing objectives; - To work with the Operation Manager, Head Chef and Restaurant Supervisor to incorporate marketing needs into sales strategy and create PR strategy; **YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines; - At least 3 years of experience in marketing within the hospitality environment or retail business; - Good understanding of market research, data analysis, statistical methods, and marketing best practices; - Good command in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese; - Strong planning and organization skills. **III.
