POSITION PURPOSES
As the Trade Marketing Executive, you are responsible for planning and executing the trade marketing strategies and plans for the assigned category. You will work on traditional marketing plans and activities to drive student enrolments to POLY ENGLISH Ho Chi Minh. Driving the implementation of commercially focused business planning principles and developing innovative growth strategies to expand an established business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing events and deploy for assigned centers aligned with lined manager and Centre managers.
- Work closely with the Centre team for qualified leads conversion process and local marketing activities.
- Develop and manage Partnerships including schools & crossed-sales B2B partners to enhance POLY reach & coverage across assigned centers
- Managing & tracking Merchandise and POSM production plan, expense and storage.
- Work close with a lined manager to run and execute the Visibility & OOH internal, external of POLY centers.
- Analyzing and Reporting, detailed-oriented for paper and documents organized properly as per POLY’s process.
- Support in analyzing competitors and frequently updating the competitive landscape in order to help POLY ENGLISH HCM keep up a stable and good speed against competitors.
- Assist in looking out for development and growth opportunities of POLY ENGLISH HCM in all aspects: increase brand exposure/awareness, increase database, etc
- Perform other duties designated by the Trade Team Leader.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or Management
- Relevant experience: at least 1 year of Trade Marketing
- Agility and proactive in developing and implementing marketing plans with open-minded and well-organized capability.
- Can work under pressure and is willing to move around the city to deliver effective business.
- Excellent communication and creative-thinking skills, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools.

WORKING SCHEDULE: 43 hours/ week
WORKING LOCATION: 44 Phan Khiem Ich Street, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC and other campuses of POLY English in HCM
