**NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH**:
Đồng hành cùng Đội ngũ Lãnh đạo Công ty xây dựng và thực hiện hóa Chiến lược Marketing để Công ty đạt được Tầm nhìn & Chiến lược của LiveSpo 2027
I. Product marketing
Phối hợp (dưới sự dẫn dắt CEO) phối hợp cùng team R&D từ các TS khoa học biến thành ngôn ngữ marketing và quản lý được dưới dạng các chất liệu marketing. Nếu họ giỏi thì có thể tự lead team R&D
Đóng vai trò lãnh đạo trong Quản trị được quy trình phát triển sản phẩm (bao gồm đề xuất tính năng sản phẩm, bao bì sản phẩm đáp ứng trải nghiệm cho người dùng, cùng team R&D tạo ra các sản phẩm tốt theo đặc thù marketing ngành dược mà chạm tới nhu cầu người tiêu dùng, liên tục lắng nghe phản hồi của người dùng để liên tục thay đổi sản phẩm).
II. Internal & external PR/communication (Hương) Kiến tạo LiveSpo thành 1 brand mà trao giá trị nội tại chạm tới người dùng theo ngôn ngữ thân thiện với người dùng. Cụ thể là sử dụng tài nguyên của LiveSpo từ R&D đưa lên các hệ thống owned media của LiveSpo gồm: website LiveSpo, fanpage, youtube, linkedin tiếng Anh. Corporate PR Quan hệ truyền thông báo chí, xử lí khủng hoảng truyền thông.

III. Marketing & branding

**Quản trị hoạt động MKT của cty gồm**: Phát triển các nhãn lớn gồm LiveSpo Colon và LiveSpo Pregmom, sau này là LiveSpo Navax. Gồm launching, duy trì PTSP, tạo sự nhận biết, thâm nhập, tái mua. (Quản trị nhãn hàng - brands).
Quản trị trade marketing (hiểu chuỗi bán lẻ/ k phải consumers)

Quản trị Digital Marketing & E-commerce chane

**YÊU CẦU KINH NGHIỆM**:
Đã có kinh nghiệm và quen thuộc với môi trường marketing đa kênh và môi trường Digital
K ngại bước ra khỏi vùng an toàn của mình và sẵn sàng với những trải nghiệm mới
Đã có 5-10 năm kinh nghiệm làm Head of Marketing tại các công ty về mảng Dược phẩm, Chăm sóc Sức khỏe
Có tư duy kinh doanh, lấy kết quả kinh doanh (P&L) làm trọng tâm Có khả năng xây dựng và quản trị chiến dịch marketing
Có lập trường đúng về thái độ, đạo đức, luôn đứng từ mục tiêu và quyền lợi của tổ chức để điều chỉnh hành vi
Có khả năng dẫn dắt và lãnh đạo trong công việc với tâm thế của người làm chủ
