**1. Third-Party Logistics Coordination**
- Coordinate third-party warehousing and distribution operations to ensure efficient inbound and outbound logistics.
- Monitor daily logistics activities to maintain smooth operations and minimize disruptions.

**2. Exception Handling and Customer Satisfaction**
- Assist in resolving logistics issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and implement improvement plans for recurring challenges.

**3. Reporting and Inventory Management**
- Support the preparation and consolidation of data reports for logistics activities.
- Assist with monthly inventory checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

**4. Invoice and Settlement Assistance**
- Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accurate billing.
- Support settlement processes with third-party logistics partners.

**1. Language Skills**
- Proficiency in either English or Chinese as a working language.

**2. Industry Experience**
- Prior experience in the home appliance logistics industry, with air conditioning logistics experience preferred.

**3. Technical Knowledge**
- Familiarity with logistics systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System).

**4. Skills**
- Strong ability to handle pressure and manage complex tasks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactively solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**5. Personal Qualities**
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
