The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Manage overall MKT comms plan for SPX & control comms message/content in all channels to ensure synchronization
- Build up & maintain long-term relationships with key partners to drive benefits for SPX & set up new revenue streams
- Provide strategic and clear direction to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coordination across multiple teams (internal, external teams & partners) to ensure key objectives are aligned across the organization
- Establish & streamline all needed processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress
- Consolidate and review performance analysis and identify key performing trends and direction for upcoming campaigns
- Drive continuous process improvement and workflow optimization of the team

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in Marketing, Project Management, or other relevant experience(s)
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills are pre-requisite
- Excellent command of English with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to work under extreme pressure; able and willing to learn quickly
- Willing to be hands-on with strong project management abilities
- Proven leadership capabilities, driven, resilient, reliable, and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
