**As a Project Manager, you will**:

- Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of an automotive implementation project throughout all phases of the TrueCommerce implementation process from sales handoff to “go live”
- Responsible for planning and executing client workshops for purposes of identifying requirements and determine the solution design
- Main contact for client and internal resources for project execution, direction, and leadership
- Responsible for documenting the overall solution design/configuration and authoring/delivering a Detail Design Specification (DDS) for client approval
- Holds weekly project status meetings for all project stakeholders
- May facilitate and schedule executive meetings between two companies for project review and updates
- Creates Project Plans and keep project plan and all project documentation up to date and accurate for timely reporting and visibility for internal and customer stakeholders
- Responsible for proactively driving the project forward including motivating client and internal teams to meet project timeline/deadlines
- Following change management process including commitment to managing the project to the documented scope, identifying out of scope scenarios, executing against the change management process and holding the project stakeholders accountable to the change management process
- Manages all issues throughout the project, coordinates with other teams to make sure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Create and present project status reports as required for TC Leadership
- Ensure accurate project time tracking and milestones as required for project billing
- Ensure accurate project billing and A/R management
- Ensure project implementation resources are executing on implementation of the solution in a timely manner, and in accordance with solution design
- Ensure client understands implementation roles & responsibilities
- Ensure client is trained and empowered on solution
- Lead and/or assist in solution configuration and quality assurance
- Participate in implementation tasks (including technical tasks) as needed to meet project timelines and deliverables
- Be knowledgeable or become proficient in automotive manufacturing best practices and how TrueAuto is used in these processes.

**Requirements for Success**:

- **Willingness to work a flexible schedule, working shift from 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM or 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM**
- 3+ years of project management experience required in a technology-based service organization and/or automotive company
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, manufacturing and/or supply chain
- Experience prioritizing and multi-tasking across multiple concurrent projects and working with global teams
- Demonstrated ability leading resources to project success without direct management authority (matrix)
- Experience with managing resource and tracking resource utilization, allocations, and task assignments across multiple projects
- Experience in executing requirements and needs analysis workshops with cross-functional customer personnel and writing design documents based on those requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in supply chain processes, ERP structures, and functionalities
- Prior experience with PSA tools and/or project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and SmartSheets
- Experience with project administration such as resource utilization, project costing, budgeting and scheduling
- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in problem solving for technical and non-technical issues
- General understanding of B2B electronic data interchange (EDI), Automotive world and fulfillment processes preferred
