**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Research:

- Gather and update data quarterly on the Real Estate industry.
- Produce and update reports covering all property market segments.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Aid in the planning and execution of market research and consultancy services.
- Prepare reports based on client specifications.
- Analyze data and contribute insights to research reports.
- Maintain and expand the Real Estate database for Vietnam and the region, along with relevant economic indicators.
- Conduct market research trips to other provinces or cities as needed.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with local and international clients, as well as local authorities.
- Develop market presentations, office newsletters, and press releases.
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Vietnam Land Law and pertinent local legal matters.
- Coordination:
2. Coordinate team efforts.
- Interact with managers and clients to ensure timely delivery of quality work.

3. Personal Skills:

- Demonstrate attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks to meet Savills' standards of accuracy and quality.
- Display initiative in developing efficient processes or solutions.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and develop multitasking capabilities.
- Qualifications and Experience Required:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or Commerce.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in data collection, database management, and report writing.
- Strong English proficiency, particularly in report development.
- Solid grasp of research methodologies and analysis.
