**Job description**:

- This position is expected to properly understand landed and condominium market, sales and marketing process in our project with local partners and report effective analysis internally.
- Collect information from several sources (JV partner staff, agents, market report, sales staff in sales galleries, customer etc.), analyze VLTH and condominium market (area, product specification, pricing, customer profile/behavior/preference etc.) and then effectively report the analysis internally.
- Visit sales galleries for major projects by other developers, talk with sales agents to collect information, analyze the product (area, product specification, pricing, target customers etc.) and report the situation internally.
- Visit development sites for major VLTH/condominium future project by other developers and report the situation internally.
- Interpret conversation between Vietnamese and English during meetings, take meeting minutes and translate documents from Vietnamese to English.
- Other relevant tasks on request.

**Job requirements**:

- University graduate.
- Experience: 4 - 8 years (in real estate with sale/marketing/market research position).
- Knowledge and experience in sales process and marketing activities (advertisement etc.) in condominium and landed projects based on actual local practice and legal compliance in Hanoi or HCMC.
- Experience of actual sales in Villa/Town House (VLTH) and condominium project in Hanoi or HCMC (at a global agent is preferable)
- Ability to collect information from several sources (partner staff, agents, market report, sales staff in sales galleries, customer etc.), analyze condominium and VLTH market (area, product specification, pricing, customer profile etc.) and then effectively report the analysis internally.
- Ability to collect information about the legal matters, laws and regulations for real estate market, as well as related field like banks’ policies etc.
- Knowledge about customers’ preference and action, such as loan and sales before delivery.
- Strong interest in condominium market in Hanoi and HCMC.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas.
