**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of AWS data platforms (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lake Formation, RDS) for financial data.
- Architect scalable data models (data vault) and optimize pipelines for high-performance finance analytics.
- Manage project delivery, ensuring the project delivery on time.
- Advise on Tableau development and enable self-service analytics for finance teams.
- Drive performance tuning (partitioning, indexing, query optimization) on large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years Experience in data engineering/architecture, with AWS cloud and financial data expertise. Mandatory knowledge in AWS data engineering.
- Strong data modeling (finance domain) and ETL optimization skills.
- Hands-on with SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS services (Redshift, Glue, Lake Formation).
- Experience managing end-to-end data projects in Agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and approach challenges methodically.
- Proficiency in data solution coding, ensuring access and integration for analytical and decision-making processes.
- Good verbal & written communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment providing structure in ambiguous situations.
