**Responsibilities**

**1. Requirements Gathering and Collaboration**
- Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Assist in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to align on product vision and priorities.

**2. Product Performance Monitoring**
- Monitor product usage and customer feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
- Recommend data-driven solutions to optimize product features and user experience.

**3. Support Product Development**
- Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams during the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.
- Ensure product enhancements align with business objectives and user needs.

**4. Stakeholder Communication**
- Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.

**Profile**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Web or Software development teams.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- English fluency is required (B2 Level equivalent)
- French Fluency is a plus.
