Demand Planning:

- Analyse historical data and cleansing outliers.
- Generate baseline forecast by products by stores for Highland system wide.
- Work with relevant stakeholders (MKT, Operations) to understand demand drivers to build the best forecast model.

Supply Planning:

- Work out supply planning for raw material and packaging materials.
- Work with team to advise the optimal safety stock.
- Follow up supply plan and control.

Inventory:

- Monitor stock health and ensure inventory meet target and maximize service level.

Report:

- Daily tracking dashboard.
- Monthly forecast accuracy.
- Monthly inventory report.
- PO fulfilment rate.

- Bachelor of Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering.
- APICs certified is a plus.

- Analytical and logical thinking.

- Power BI.
- Python.
