**Main responsibilities**:

- Collecting and processing data from platforms, systems on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Support to handle the booking of Retail transactions from the platforms (e.g., Lazada and Shopee)
- Invoicing to customers when required.
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as recording entries, reconciling books of accounts and Balance sheet Account management,
- Sending Statement of Accounts to clients and following up the collection. Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators for the accounts receivable accounting function.
- 3-way-matching purchased invoices in NetSuite.
- Independently and effectively work with company operational staff and others to assure the proper and timely submission of invoices.
- Maintain master files such as product list; maintain transaction details in systems.
- Support Senior Accountant update and maintain Trackers, follow with other Stake Holders for any issues, delay on processing or payment/collection.
- Handling supporting documentation.
- Support other team members to complete tasks.
- Other duties as assigned by the Senior managers.

- At least 6-month Full-time Internship (Monday-Friday)
- 3rd/4th year students in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related majors
- Being proficient in English is an advantage
