Mô tả công việc:
Về doanh thu:

- Đảm bảo doanh thu được bảo mật.
- Quản lý doanh thu trong ca làm việc.

Về nhân sự:

- Quản lý điều hành nhân viên, phân chia công việc từng vị trí cho nhân viên trong ca.
- Tác phong/ thái độ phục vụ khách hàng tốt.
- Đào tạo nhân viên mới các qui trình vận hành (phục vụ, pha chế, thu ngân).

Về vận hành:

- Xử lý các vấn đề với khách hàng trong ca làm việc.
- Kiểm soát hàng hóa, đặt hàng cho quản lý.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm và chất lượng phục vụ trong ca làm việc.

Yêu cầu:

- Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong nghành FnB ít nhất 1 năm.
- Chủ động trong công việc, có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chăm chỉ.
- Có ngoại hình, khả năng giao tiếp tốt với khách hàng.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh.

Loại hình công việc: Toàn thời gian

Mục lương: 7.000.000₫ - 8.000.000₫ một tháng

Kinh nghiệm làm việc:

- Trong ngành cà phê: 1 năm (Ưu tiên)
