**Job Accountabilities/ **_Trách Nhiệm Công Việc:_**

**2.1**. Administration/ **_Quản Lý:_**
- Assisting on implementing category strategy./ _Hỗ trợ _việc_ triển khai chiến lược của ngành hàng được giao._
- Visits market and competitors and stores to initiate market trend and competitors operations and store execution./ _Thực hiện việc khảo sát thị trường và đối thủ cạnh tranh, thăm cửa hàng._
- Support Line Manager in/ _Hỗ trợ Quản Lý Trực Tiếp trong_:

- Prepare sales contract and get validated by Merchandising Administration./ _Soạn thảo hợp đồng mua bán và trình phê duyệt từ Hành chính Ngành hàng._
- Summarize the documents related: Business license of supplier, Bank account notification, Quality documents before sending to Merchandising Admin./ _Tổng hợp các tài liệu liên quan: Giấy phép kinh doanh của nhà cung cấp, Thông báo tài khoản ngân hàng, Tài liệu chất lượng trước khi gửi cho _Hành chính Ngành hàng._
- Inform to suppliers all related progress (receiving-delivery, new item listing, item termination, etc.)./ _Thông báo cho các nhà cung cấp mới về _các quy trình liên quan (giao-nhận hàng hóa, mở mới sản phẩm, ngừng kinh doanh sản phẩm, vv)._

**2.2**. Sales & Stocks/ **_Hàng Hóa & Hàng Tồn Kho:_**
- Prepare reports following requests of Line Manager/ _Thực hiện các_ báo cáo theo yêu cầu của Quản Lý Trực Tiếp_
- Get aging reports from Distribution Center/ Retail Support then contact with suppliers to exchange/return goods near expired date_/ Nhận báo cáo_ hàng hóa tồn kho_ từ Kho Trung Tâm _/Hỗ trợ Bán hàng,_ sau đó liên hệ với nhà cung cấp để đổi/trả hàng (nếu có)_._
- Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager / _Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Line Manager_
- _**Job Requirements/ **_Yêu Cầu Công Việc:_**
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree _/ Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng hoặc Đại Học._
- New graduates will be trained, priority for minimum 1-year working experience in Retail Operations or Merchandising or Marketing field. _Sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp, chưa có kinh nghiệm sẽ được đào tạo, ưu tiên tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Bán lẻ hoặc Bán hàng hoặc Tiếp thị._
- Basic communication skill in English and computer skills_/ Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản và vi tính tốt._
- Quick learning and hard-working/ _Học hỏi nhanh, chăm chỉ_
