Manage full spectrum of accounting/finance functions including cashflows budgeting and planning
- Prepare financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts for management in a timely and accurate manner
- Present and highlight monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance to Management team
- Plan and coordinate annual financial audit processes
- Preview policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls periodically
- Maintain proper records and perform general administrative duties related to accounting/finance daily
- Manage monthly stock-take, month-end, year-end closing
- Update cash book transaction promptly and timely
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors on invoices and/or payment related matters
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and bankers
- Ensure reporting and accounting follow local regulations and standards
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**

Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience in F&B/Hospitality sector

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Native Vietnamese with an excellent command of English, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detailed-oriented and have strong analytical skills
- Proficient with MS Office and MYOB/XERO accounting software
- Meticulous in organizing and maintaining records

**Salary**: From 20,000,000₫ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ho Chi Minh City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
