Mô tả Công việc
Set up and standardize financial and accounting procedure
Proceed payment documents as internal procedure
Review and follow monthly outstanding payment
Manage the data on Fast system
Make tax reports: VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT....
Directly manage, supervise and check accounting records
Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly account closing and financial statement preparation
Review and analyse accounting records and reconcile accounts and general ledger account
Prepare cashflow, budget and forecast for project
Control revenue, operating cost and project cost following cashflow and budget
Prepare management report and others as required from BODs and Groups
Work with Tax Department and other related Department
Supply data, documemts and reports to Audit Company
Others relevant works if required from BOD.

Have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
Have at least 3 years experience as Chief accountant
Have Chief Accountant Certificate
Able to organize and control work, leadership, communication skill, problem solving skill
Able to work independently, work under pressure, enthusiastic and committed to work, patient, always have the spirit to support other departments' work
Knowledge about Tax Law in Viet Nam, especially VAT/ CIT and WHT
Knowledge of local and international standards of accounting and finance principles and practice
Can use accounting software, MS Office
Experience in the field of Real Estate Consulting and Development, Construction is prefered
Good communication in English
