As an Accountant at DYM Vietnam, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and ensuring financial compliance within our dynamic BPO environment. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, implementing efficient accounting processes, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
◆Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting.

◆Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of financial data.

◆Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

◆Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

◆Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster their professional development and ensure departmental goals are met.

◆Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and support company-wide initiatives.

◆Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain competitive advantage.

**Qualifications**:
◆English speaking ( intermediate)

◆Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance, demonstrating leadership abilities.

◆Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory guidelines.

◆Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the capacity to derive strategic insights from financial data.

◆Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Japanese.

◆Proven track record of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and adjusting to evolving priorities within a dynamic BPO environment.
