**Resort Manager - Luxury 80-Room Resort | Cambodia**

An exciting opportunity awaits an ambitious hospitality professional to lead the opening and operations of a brand-new luxury 80-room resort in Cambodia.

We are seeking a Resort Manager ready to take on their **first General Manager role, or someone with no more than three years of GM experience** who is eager to establish themselves in a leadership position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the pre-opening phase, ensuring a seamless launch of the resort.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards, and brand positioning.
- Lead a diverse team across Rooms Division and Food & Beverage, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective strategies.
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, staff, and local authorities.
- Establish the resort as a premier luxury destination in the region.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions and adapt to new challenges.
- **Proven experience in hotel or resort openings,**with a hands-on approach to operations.
- Confident in managing both **Rooms Division and F&B operations** at a high standard.
- Previous experience in **Southeast Asia is a must,** with a deep understanding of market trends and guest expectations.
- A leadership style that is inspiring, hands-on, and results-driven, fostering a positive team culture.

**What’s on Offer?**

**Salary**: US$80,000 - US$90,000 per year.

Location: Cambodia, a vibrant and growing hospitality market.
