- Conduct training events at regional locations for internal employees, distributor employees and end users.
- Ability to travel to local markets and deliver training that meets the needs of our customers to drive sales for specific accounts and markets.
- Develop and maintain the Power Tool Safety Training resources as part of the organization’s safety solutions
- Work with skilled Trades teams to provide product training resources on request
- Deliver critical training solutions across location as needed
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining professional networks; participating in related professional organizations
- Maintain adequate records of costs for all training classes in report form and communicate itemized costs to the Product Training Manager following the class.
- Create and update training programs using instructional design techniques.
- Analyze training and developmental needs. Formulate and develop plans, procedures and programs to meet specific training needs and problems. Prepare training material and facilitate training programs.
- Maintain demo tool inventory monthly, making sure tool models are current and in working condition.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Academic
- University Degree with a bachelor’s in engineering Or at least a Diploma in engineering is preferred

Years of Experience
- Must have 5 to 6 years working experience in training (power tool Or Engineering industry)

Other Skills
- Good communication skills and cooperation with other teams.
- Training, organizational, design and development skills are preferred
- First aid/CPR certification or the ability to become certified required.
- Experience in preparing training materials and in speaking on technical topics before groups required.
- Excellent analytical skill and business insights.
- Ability to self-prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects at once is imperative.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Vietnamese. Knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
