**Responsibilities**

1. Managing AP & AR

2. Financial Reporting & Monthly Closing

3. Ensuring tax compliance

4. Monthly payroll calculation & social insurance reporting & registration

**Main tasks and Projects**
- Accounting:_

Key Bank, cash transactions and admin part in in-house system

Reconcile AP,AR monthly, yearly

Check invoices received from suppliers to key in in-house system and prepare payments in Vietinbank website for Cellmark Vietnam

Prepare monthly, yearly reports in Internal System

Input all transactions to Fast accounting software

Reconcile VAT, BS, PL accounts between Fast and in-house system

Liaise with Auditor for Year end Audit, ensure the quality of financial statement

Supporting overseas Sister company on AP and Costing

Prepare CIT, PIT, VAT, FCT reports submission to Government on quarterly/yearly basis

Work with local government tax authorities & other government authorities when required
- Payroll:_

Prepare payroll calculation, PIT, SHUI

Process staff reimbursements

Perform Social insurance forms to register new employee, salary adjustments, sickness

Review any labor contract need to renew, prepare labor contract, appendix if needed

Update & be informed of new changes to local law & policy

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Education**: Bachelors in Accounting

**Experience**:
Minimum 3-5 years experience working as a Accountant / Payroll

Experience working in international company is preffered

**Competence/Skills**:

- Must:_

Local Accounting System

Written and Verbal Good Communication Skills

Good problem solving skills

IT Skills i.e. Microsoft Office

Have extensive knowledge of relevant tax laws, accounting laws and labor laws
- Advantage:_

SAP Accounting System

Microsoft Excel Skills i.e. pivot table, basic formulas

**Language skills**:English, Mother Tongue Language: Fluent

**Personality**:Independent, Multi-Tasker, Good Team Player

**Other requirements**:Hybrid Work Arrangements available.
