The HR Generalist will be responsible for handling daily employee-related operations in the company and within the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) team. This role will manage a wide range of P&C tasks and provide instruction as well as recommendations for employees on related topics with the aim to foster, maintain and transform employee working experience.

**What You Will Do**:
**Responsibilities**
- Thực hiện các quy trình nhân sự, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn việc quản lý dữ liệu nhân sự, chấm công, lương thưởng và phúc lợi, đánh giá hiệu suất công việc, gắn kết và giữ chân nhân viên, quy trình thôi việc, v.v
- Thực hiện và quản lý việc cập nhật dữ liệu vào các phần mềm / hệ thống Nhân sự nội bộ theo yêu cầu quản lý và trong phạm vi trách nhiệm công việc. Duy trì, cập nhật cơ sở dữ liệu nhân sự một cách kịp thời và hiệu quả
- Phối hợp với các đối tác cung cấp dịch vụ và các bộ phận nội bộ liên quan trong việc xây dựng, triển khai, hoàn thiện và duy trì việc vận hành các phần mềm, các hệ thống nhân sự nội bộ một cách hiệu quả
- Phụ trách các quy trình liên quan tiền lương, thưởng, phúc lợi: điều chỉnh lương, thăng chức, thuyên chuyển nội bộ, các khoản thưởng, phúc lợi dành cho nhân viên
- Phối hợp trong việc tìm kiếm, phân tích và đề xuất các phương pháp, thực tiễn tốt nhất và cập nhật xu hướng thị trường liên quan vấn đề lương thưởng, chế độ phúc lợi và quan hệ lao động
- Chịu trách nhiệm về thủ tục xác nhận thông tin nhân viên: tiếp nhận và xác thực yêu cầu, tiến hành soạn thảo văn bản xác nhận, trình duyệt, bàn giao và lưu trữ hồ sơ
- Hướng dẫn và giải đáp thắc mắc của nhân viên về các vấn đề nhân sự trong phạm vi trách nhiệm công việc
- Thu thập, phân tích, tổng hợp dữ liệu và lập các báo cáo nhân sự (theo quy định và theo yêu cầu)
- Tham gia việc soạn thảo, dịch thuật các thông báo, các văn bản ban hành nội bộ theo yêu cầu quản lý
- Hỗ trợ việc rà soát, đề xuất và cải tiến các chính sách, quy trình, thủ tục, biểu mẫu, hệ thống để nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ Nhân sự
- Tham gia trong việc tổ chức các hoạt động, dự án của nhóm và của công ty
- Các công việc khác theo sự phân công
- Implement human resources (HR) processes, including but not limited to, HR data management, timekeeping, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee engagement and retention, termination process, etc.
- Implement and manage data updates on internal HR software/systems according to management requirements and within the scope of job responsibilities. Maintain and update HR database in a timely and effective manner
- Coordinate with service suppliers and relevant internal departments in building, deploying, completing, and maintaining effective operation of HR software and internal systems
- Be in charge of compensation & benefits procedures: salary adjustment, promotion, internal transfer, bonuses and other welfares for employees
- Collaborate in searching, analyzing, and recommending methods, best practices and updating market trends related to compensation & benefits, and labor relations
- Responsible for the whole employee confirmation process: receive and verify employees’ requests, prepare documents, submit for approval, handing over and maintaining records
- Guide and answer employees' questions about HR issues within the scope of job responsibilities
- Perform data collection, analysis and aggregation, and be in charge of HR reports (according to regulations and on request)
- Participate in drafting and translating internal notices and documents according to management requirements
- Assist in reviewing, proposing, and enhancing processes, procedures, forms, systems to enhance the quality of HR services
- Participate in the organization for team or company activities and projects
- Other reasonable duties as requested

**Qualifications**
- Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành Nhân sự, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan
- Có ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Nhân sự
- Trình độ tiếng Anh (CERF)
