**Responsibilities**:

- **Provide Subject Matter expertise in Documentary Trade, Open Account Trade Finance Products and FI Trade Finance.**:

- **Review and revamp Bank Guarantees/ Bank Guarantee Re-Issuance Program to gain market traction**:

- **Partner with other teams to find ways in which one can leverage the Bank’s franchise to expand both inbound and outbound business using Documentary Trade and Bank Guarantees capabilities**:

- **Work with local/regional Operations team to improve process efficiencies and impart technical skills, where needed**:

- **Create product manuals, guides to improve traction with internal stakeholders**:

- **Develop marketing collaterals e.g. proposals, presentations that define client value proposition**:

- **Be Risk and compliance Championship to manage Risk and Compliance related to Trade Finance mater.**:
**Job Requirements**:

- **In-depth understanding of Documentary Trade, Open Account Trade Finance Products and FI Trade Finance**:

- **In-depth understanding of ISP98, URDG758, UCP600, ISBP and relevant local regulations**:

- **Clear and concise understanding of legal terms & in vetting the text of Bank Guarantees**:

- **Adept in providing on-the-spot solutions to ensure that client structures are workable and suggest verbiage for changes**:

- **Ability to break down complex problems into smaller components for resolution**:

- **Innovative thinking but yet understand the risk & opportunities at granular level**:

- **Ability to take informed decision with mínimal supervision**:

- **Ability to draft guarantee/SBLC templates**:

- **Understand of use of various guarantee products in different markets**:

- **Manage functional stakeholders at HQ, Regionally and In
- Country;**:

- **Study operational processes to ensure processes are streamlined and efficient**:

- **The individual had a qualified ‘Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS)’ will be the advantage.**:

- **Provide thought leadership, development and promotion of new product capabilities which**:
**‐ Improve operational efficiencies.**:
**‐ Reduce Operational Risks.**:
**‐ Provide new revenue streams.**:
**Enhance MUFG’s global reputation in the Transaction Banking space.**:
**Required skills / experience**:

- **Trade and/or Supply Chain finance knowledge and/or experience.**:

- **Understanding of key trends, concepts and possessing an interest in digital trade and supply chain. For example: Fintechs, Blockchain, NTP and GTCN.**:

- **Project management and communication skills**:

- **Experience in drafting business requirement documents for business to articulate its functional requirements to systems and technology**:

- **Strong technical expertise in Documentary Trade Products (Imports & Export Letters of Credit, DA/DP, Corporate Bonds/Guarantees, SBLCs ) AND Open Account Trade Finance Products (Payable and Receivable Financing,) AND FI Trade Finance Products; coupled with in-depth understanding of relevant regulations including UCP600, URDG758, ISP98 and relevant local regulations.**:

- **Degree qualified.**:

- **Desirable to have at least 3+ years of relevant experience.**:
