**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:
**1. Social Content**:

- Be in charge of Social Content planning & execution for daily content in brand’s owned channels (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, website ); for brand’s campaigns (both owned channels & social outreach); yearly plan for brand’s owned channels development
- Well-understand & update social trends in diversified platforms (expecially Tiktok & new platforms)
- Manage retainer social agency to ensure quality of their deliverables strictly following to brand’s guideline/ objective and meeting most taste of brand’s audiences
- Well manage social issues with Content Supervisor & direct management

**2. Campaign Content**:

- Be in charge of campaign content planning & execution to meet campaign’s objective & requirements, including:

- Closely work with Campaign Planners and other function teams to well-prepare content plan for each campaign
- Main assets - working with creative agency/ production house/ internal production team to produce KV, TVC, hero videos/ photo collections
- Localised materials (copywrite & translate/ translation review): product information, tagline, text copy, website, POSM, other global materials

support other departments to review and generate content in order to ensure consistent content quality throughout the campaign
- Manage launch livestream - outline & script, audiences interraction activity, livetream agency managementby close corporation with other teams & partners
- Support KOL & Channel MKT content direction & execution if needed to meet campaign’s objective
- Mainly be in charge of Content Planning & Execution of other adhoc projects not under Campaign Planners

**KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU**:

- 3-4 experience years in social content, digital marketing, and content planning & production
- Prefer to have experience in smartphone or FMCG industries
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communications skills
- Good presentation in order to inspire brands with your ideas, concepts and content marketing plans;
- Creative, good sense at content marketing, trend catching, copywriting and editing skills
- Organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple projects with competing priorities to the highest standards in a timely manner while remaining flexible and having fun
- Accurate and impeccable attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills, high level of motivation and responsibility, hard-working;
- Proficient with English skills
- Chinese skills is an advantage
