MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động kỹ thuật, bảo trì - sửa chữa đầu máy hơi nước và thiết bị Depot, đảm bảo an toàn - chất lượng - sẵn sàng vận hành.

Manage all technical operations, maintenance, and repair activities for steam locomotives and Depot equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and operational readiness
- Lập kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ, phòng ngừa và sửa chữa đột xuất.

Develop preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance plans.
- Giám sát đội kỹ thuật tổng hợp: cơ khí, điện, hơi nước

**Supervise the maintenance teams**: mechanical, electrical, steam,.
- Quản lý thiết bị xưởng

Manage workshop equipment
- Kiểm soát chất lượng sửa chữa đầu máy hơi nước, toa xe.

Control the quality of repairs for steam locomotives, carriage.
- Xây dựng SOP, checklist bảo trì, hồ sơ kỹ thuật.

Develop SOPs, maintenance checklists, and technical documentation.
- Quản lý vật tư - phụ tùng, dự trù tồn kho.

Manage spare parts and materials; plan and forecast inventory needs.
- Đánh giá nguyên nhân hỏng hóc, đề xuất cải tiến.

Analyze root causes of failures and propose improvement actions.
- Đảm bảo an toàn lao động, PCCC, quy trình kỹ thuật.

Ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire protection, and technical procedures.
- Phối hợp vận hành & làm việc với VNR - Đăng kiểm - chuyên gia.

Coordinate with the Operations team and work with VNR, Registration Department, and foreign experts.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Hiểu biết về cấu tạo, nguyên lý vận hành đầu máy hơi nước và toa xe.

Knowledge of the structure and operating principles of steam locomotives and rolling stock.
- Có kỹ thuật về sửa chữa cơ khí, hệ thống phanh, nồi hơi, thiết bị an toàn.

Technical knowledge of mechanical repair, braking systems, boilers, and safety equipment.
- Nắm vững quy trình an toàn chạy tàu, tín hiệu đường sắt, quy trình vận hành trạm ga.

Proficient in train safety procedures, railway signaling, and station operation processes.
- Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch bảo trì, phân tích hỏng hóc, quản lý chi phí.

Skills in maintenance planning, failure analysis, and cost management.
- Trình độ Tiếng Anh giao tiếp/ chuyên ngành: Tiếng anh giao tiếp tốt, tiếng anh chuyên ngành kỹ thuật: đủ trình độ để làm việc với chuyên gia nước ngoài.

**English communication / technical English**: Good communication skills; technical English at a sufficient level to work with foreign experts
