Working Location**:HCMC**: - Working time**:Monday - Friday** **Job Responsibility for the SAC Project Sales Executive **- Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**: - Build up relationship with consultants to do spec-in, with contractors to secure Projects - Market development: expand sales network and new customers (contractors, consultants and developers) - Follow up customers in term of payment (Account Receivable), Project delivery plan, Project approaching, bidding, and contract - Report sales progress, result and projects pipeline frequently: daily, weekly, monthly - Keep tracking on market movement and competitors’ activities and information - Keep tracking on moving consensus for project delivery plan and updating project information **Requirement for** **the SAC Project Sales Executive - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**: - Bachelor degree of Technology majors (HVAC, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanics, Telecom, etc.) - At least 3-year experience in HVAC Project Sales (AC, chiller, pump, fan, cooling tower, insulation material, etc.) - Good communication, negotiation skills - Good Ms. Office skills and good at Business English (>500 score of TOEIC) - Sales oriented, drive for results and good interpersonal skill - Work well under pressure and independently - Teamwork, disciplined working spirits - Well on job organizing, planning and critical thinking - Hard-working, dynamic, high sense of responsibility and open-minded - Willing to learn, adapt and to be flexible in new environment/or situation - To be able to go on business trip **Benefits for the SAC Project Sales Executive - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**: - Salary: Negociative - More details will be discussed during the interview Please kindly send us your valuable updated resume for our consideration and if you have any concerns, please kindly contact us back.
