**Mô tả công việc**
- Phụ trách các phần về hợp đồng, giấy tờ cho team (tạo hợp đồng, trình ký 1office, in ấn, gửi thư, theo dõi thư, lưu trữ, kiểm soát giấy tờ liên quan)
- Phụ trách theo dõi và tính KPIs cho team
- Kiểm soát thư từ, vận đơn, giao nhận hàng, ấn phẩm, quà tặng
- Hỗ trợ team trong các sự kiện - event của công ty và khách hàng
- Thực hiện báo cáo công việc hàng tuần.
- Tổng hợp thông tin dữ liệu của team
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của leader
- **Yêu cầu công việc**
- Kinh nghiệm Sales Admin/Admin ít nhất 1 - 2 năm
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học chuyên ngành marketing, quản trị kinh doanh.
- Yêu thích công việc vận hành, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ toàn team, vị trí phù hợp với ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc đa nhiệm.
- Quản trị được nhiều việc chi tiết cùng lúc, xử lý được các vấn đề đột ngột phát sinh.
- Có tư duy tài chính, chính xác với các con số.
- Làm việc theo mục tiêu và trung thực.
- Thành thạo các ứng dụng phần mềm văn phòng, online và offline, đặc biệt kỹ năng làm bản thuyết trình, Excel và tiếng Anh văn bản.
