We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a **ISB Senior Relationship Manager**.
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Senior Relationship Manager will handle the complex portfolios and be expected to generate new business for the bank. Ability to initiate new business initiatives in alignement with Wholesale Banking’s business strategies and take ownership to deliver the best possible outcomes.
- They will also be expected to coach and support junior RMs and to share their experience for the good of the team.
- Being open and connected with clients, both in Vietnam and overseas, and expands intermediary networks in order to enhance the visbility of HSBC franchise to generate more busness origination.
- Develop new customer relationships with particular emphasis on developing cross border opportunities
- Maintain and develop relationships with overseas HSBC Global Relationship Managers and key internal and external stakeholders
- Responsibility to drive growth in conjunction with product partners particularly with GPS and GTS
- Implement Global Standards at all stages of the customer onboarding and relationship management lifecycle
- Share knowledge, experience and best practices within and outside of immediate team and promote a collective culture to spread experience and best practice
- Ensure a quality service for all customers by owning customer engagement, ensuring service excellence at all times, for all aspects of any customer, prospect or professional's interaction with HSBC
- Maintain awareness of operational and fraud risk within assigned portfolio and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting
- Be an ambassador for HSBC and develop the bank's profile in the local community, with a particular focus on international business
Qualifications

**Requirements**:

- Significant experience in managing commercial relationships with international needs
- Seasoned credit assessment skills including experience in complex and structured transactions involving project finance, export finance, acquisition finance etc.
- Evidence of building long term customer relationships and achieving stretching revenue goals
- Proven track record of portfolio growth and new to bank business acquisition
- Minimum 10 years of experience in frontline position
- Proactive, customer driven approach, with a strong sales and marketing orientation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Wide breadth of product knowledge
- Chinese or Korean language capability is an advantage
- Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills with highly motivated and prepared to accept challenges mindset.
