AIM OF THE JOB
To deliver quality HR services in the main areas of Total Rewards Consulting, Recruitment and Employee Life Cycle Management for a seamless employee experience.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Recruitment & HR Operations (70%)
- Lead a team in managing recruitment and HR operations
- Work with HRBPs and Line Managers to identify staffing needs
- Organise and facilitate recruitment processes including interviews, phone screening, assessments, and reference checks
- Manage information on Workday through the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data
Rewards (30%)
- Review and analyse different components of the existing remuneration scheme to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Design policies to close gaps in the compensation and benefits of employees
- Conduct research into best practice total reward schemes and identify areas of improvement to existing schemes
- Participate in salary surveys with leading HR consulting firms
- Consult on the job evaluations and design grading system by using Mercer methodology
- Design, implement and administer the salary structure by using Mercer methodology
Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business related
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in HR consulting environment
- Mercer salary survey knowledge is preferred
- Good communication skills, able to speak and write well in English
- Displays growth mindset and strong collaborative skills
