**Job Responsibility for Deputy General Manager of Sales **- Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- Planning and implementing sales of products/services, and organizing human resources in short and long-term strategy
- Manages the properties’ reactive and proactive sales efforts
- Providing leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales, agency, marketing, planning and customer services departments while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals
- Do reports, statistics, evaluation, monitoring and analysis of the business situation of the real estate market
- Responsible for internal training, development of human resource criteria for the business sector
- Researches competitor’s sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and increase market share
- Propose innovative marketing ideas and develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share
- Work with other teams to follow the company strategy

**Requirement for** **Deputy General Manager of Sales - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant major, MBA is preferred
- Have a deep knowledge in the real estate law
- At least 5 years in real estate as the same position
- Proven sales achievement in Real Estate is preferred
- Experience in managing a variety of real estate such as department, commercial building, resort
