Your day to day tasks will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Research, design, develop and maintain our Crypto products
Build, optimize and maintain high scalability and high availability systems that serve up to millions of users.
Constantly improve and optimize our code to achieve our ambitious growth target. This will require both imagination and data-driven thinking - it's an unique job that is at the crossroad of art and science.
Be pro-actively involved in the full Agile/Lean product development life cycle - that includes carrying out experiments, analyzing data and collecting valuable user feedback, making improvements - rinse and repeat until the users are 100% satisfied. It will be a very different experience from working in regular outsourcing projects, and you will love it.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
3+ years full time experience as a UI/UX designer.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Advanced knowledge of design tools - we primarily use Figma.
Understanding of technology capabilities such as HTML, CSS and front end technologies.
Experience designing dashboards, information visualizations, workflow solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills to work collaboratively together with the team.
A passion for learning as everyday's a new opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
UX research and testing experience.
Familiarity with crypto technologies & protocols for Blockchain, Ethereum and Uniswap. Proficiency with Solidity is an advantage.
Having knowledge in the financial market, or a passion about investment will be a plus (but don't worry if you haven't, you can learn all about how to be a successful investor after joining us).
