We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our expansion and elevate the user experience of our core products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Big Data UI/UX Leadership:
    Take the lead in designing and redesigning the UI/UX for the
    Zeroti Business Insight
    platform.
  • Corporate Web Redesign:
    Lead the redesign of the main company website,

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the Development and Business Departments to find the most effective and feasible UI/UX solutions.
  • Process & Trends:
    Define detailed design processes and research/apply modern UI/UX trends relevant to the enterprise market.
  • Support:
    Provide support for designing some internal publications if required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience (Mandatory):
    At least
    3 years of practical experience
    in web application design.
  • Specialized Experience (High Priority):
    Proven experience designing UI/UX for
    Big Data applications, Data Visualization
    , or enterprise systems involving complex
    Data Grids
    .
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient in
    Figma
    . Strong understanding of responsive design. Basic understanding of programming and data principles.
  • Aesthetics & Logic:
    Excellent aesthetic judgment , attention to detail , and strong logical thinking.
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong time management, teamwork, and proactive approach.
  • Language:
    English proficiency at B2 level or higher is mandatory

    German language skills are a strong plus

  • Work Arrangement:
    Ability to work
    on-site at least 2 days/week
    in Hanoi for project discussion and execution is required.

    demonstrating relevant experience.
