- JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Contacting new leads and advising clients on suitable products (both Vietnamese and foreign clients);
- Sending proposals and support via hotline;
- Following up with potential leads and support them to ensure the building's full capacity;
- Data entry and analyzing sales funnel, customer buying steps;
- Conducting market research, client insights to better understand the demand;
- Brain-storming strategies to develop products and increase client's experience;
- Sending renewal request to current clients and following up;
- Drafting, revising office lease agreements, brokerage agreements and other relevant agreements;
- Receiving client' requests, transferring it to other department-in-charge;
- Submitting internal reports to the managers monthly (Business results report, Renewal reports, Task reports, New lead reports...);
- Planning and launching quarterly community activities for the internal clients;
- Other task assigned under the managers’ requests.
- WORKPLACE AND WORKING HOURS:

- Serepok Building, No. 56 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Dakao, District 1, HCM or other branches under line manager’s request.
- Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday, 2 day-off per week;
