Regulatory Affairs Assistant Manager

**Mô tả công việc**: (Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) - Ensure all products launched in Vietnam market in compliance with relevant regulations; - Review and revise details of products' labeling drafts to be compliant with the most recent respective regulations; - Review and revise brand/product advertisement drafts to be compliant with the most recent respective regulations; - Acquire, maintain, renew and/or manage company's registrations or licenses; - Acquire, maintain, renew and/or manage products' registrations or licenses; - Monitor regulatory activities, update internal guidelines, and propose alternative solutions; - Solve import, export, or customs clearance regulatory problems; - Monitor post-market vigilance issues and take role in risk management/assessment; - Attend regulatory meetings & conferences in Vietnam, report main contents, and take necessary internal actions; - Make active networks with and amongst government authorities, regulatory bodies, associations, NGO's, etc.; - Monitor & report legislation changes in Vietnam and propose internal action plans; - Communicate with related government authorities, when necessary, to find solutions for any other regulatory issues; - Monitor trade barrier issue changes, NGO activities, competitors' regulatory trends, and other socioeconomic issues; - Act as an effective communication channel with reporting lines, AP Singapore R&I Center and GM; - Act as an effective communication channel with customers, internal stakeholders, and related Authorities. - Work as Technical Support functions independently and support MKT, launching plan to avoid risks/challenging. **Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên **Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian **Quyền lợi được hưởng**: 13th-month Payment, Annual Performance Bonus Up-skill Opportunities, Professional and Dynamic working environment Attractive Benefit Package, Health Care Insurance **Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề **Yêu cầu công việc**: Qualification and Experience - Over 5 years of experiences in Regulatory Affairs field(DAV) in beauty or similar industry - Additional experiences in ASEAN FOOD regulation is desirable; - Good relationship with DAV (or similar government agency) in Vietnam; - Experience in cosmetic industry will have top priority (Experience in food regulation is desirable). Skill Sets - Business Acumen/Commercial Awareness and numerically inclined; - Analytical and problem solving skill; - Superior listening, counseling and people management ability; - Stay current on statutory and labor market changes and trends; - Strong written and oral communication; - Korean language ability is desirable (plus point); - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
