**1. Sales supervision**
- Make a plan to supervise the store work
- Monitor sales processes
- Boost sales of month/ quarter/ year

**2. Store Visual Merchandise supervision**
- Plan to change the display image according to the Brand's policy
- Supervise work related to store image
- Ensure VM standards at the store

**3. Operational supervision**
- Supervise operating procedures: operating standards
- Supervise the process of Customer Service, Warehouse
- Monitor and arrange work schedule, timekeeping, shifts

**4. Personnel supervision**
