**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the game's marketing, planning and organizing the implementation of promotional programs, including but not limited to local forums, communities and other popular local social media online promotion, as well as offline ground promotion, offline advertising, activities held, etc.; responsible for the product marketing objectives.
- Responsible for the daily operation of the game platform, clear product positioning, the project as a whole to do daily work summary and evaluation: including progress management, progress monitoring and results analysis.
- Responsible for real-time collection and study of industry dynamics, market research, do a good job of competitor analysis, including product analysis, channel analysis and operational strategy analysis, regularly provide relevant data and reports for the company's decision-making to provide the basis and recommendations.
- According to the industry dynamics, competitive analysis and market feedback, timely suggestions and comments into the marketing and game operations, or through the product team to improve.
- Responsible for product external publicity used in copywriting, pictures, videos and other resources to organize, follow up, review and final placement.
- Responsible for the recruitment of local marketing and operation in Vietnam, organize and lead an efficient marketing and operation team with practical ability, reasonably assign tasks and set up KPIs for each member.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- With more than 3 years of game operation, marketing or related areas of work experience, at least 1 year of team management experience.
- Bachelor degree or above, professional background in marketing, business management or related fields is preferred.
- Native speaker of Vietnamese or fluent in Vietnamese for daily and written communication.
- Proficient in Chinese, fluent in oral and written expression, Chinese level examination results are preferred;
- Have a certain understanding of board games popular in Vietnam, familiar with the specific gameplay of various types of games;
- Familiar with the operation of chess and card games, with online and offline promotion cooperation channels and experience is preferred.
- In-depth understanding and familiarity with the game industry, familiar with and able to flexibly utilize the various parameter indicators of game operation, including user acquisition, user retention, user payment, etc.;
- Strong expression ability, good communication, strong execution.
- Good teamwork and communication skills, diligent and pragmatic work style, conscientious and responsible work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
