The Mobile Engineer works in a dedicated team to improve a global-scale product, employing the latest technologies and frameworks. The role collaborates directly with tech experts and like-minded colleagues who are passionate about making an impact on digital transformation.

**What you will do**:

- Work with the dedicated mobile team to ensure projects are delivered on time, and to best practice & quality guidelines
- Work across Flutter and Native mobile app development
- Take a proactive, hands on, and collaborative approach in all sprints and tasks
- The position requires constant communication with colleagues
- Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans

**What you should have**:

- Proficiency with Flutter and Native Mobile
- Familiarity with standard developer tools and processes such as Git, CI etc
- Experience in a similar role, developing Flutter and Native mobile app development
- Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organisational units.
- Good English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment
- Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues
