About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer specializing in cross-platform development (React Native or Flutter) to build Masan's next-generation loyalty & membership application used by millions of consumers nationwide. You will work on high-performance mobile experiences with complex user journeys, deep integrations, and real-time interactions across Masan's retail and FMCG ecosystem.

This role requires strong technical expertise in building scalable, reliable, and consumer-grade mobile applications with excellent UI/UX and robust performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality mobile applications using React Native or Flutter, ensuring smooth performance, stability, and scalability.
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive, high-performance mobile features for the loyalty & membership app and CRM engagement ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Backend, Product, UI/UX, and QA teams to deliver seamless end-to-end features.
  • Integrate mobile apps with backend services using REST/gRPC and real-time communication layers.
  • Optimize app performance (start-up time, rendering, FPS, memory usage) for large active user bases.
  • Implement clean architecture, maintain reusable components, and ensure code quality through reviews and automated testing.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, analyze crashes, and continuously improve app stability and reliability.
  • Maintain high standards in mobile security, data protection, and secure API communication.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions and propose improvements to architecture, frameworks, and development practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3+ years using React Native or Flutter in production.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management (Redux, MobX, Provider, BLoC, Riverpod…), and modular design.
  • Experience building large-scale or complex mobile applications with high user traffic.
  • Solid experience integrating with backend APIs (REST/gRPC), authentication flows, and secure data handling.
  • Strong debugging skills using tools such as Flipper, Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.
  • Experience with mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Familiar with mobile performance profiling, testing frameworks, and code quality tools.
  • Experience working with push notifications, deep linking, analytics SDKs, and third-party service integrations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in loyalty, CRM, fintech, e-commerce, or other consumer-facing mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with Clean Architecture, DDD, or scalable modular mobile architecture.
  • Experience with advanced animations, motion design, or pixel-perfect UI.
  • Knowledge of Retail/FMCG or Supply Chain digital ecosystems.
